• Legal Compliance and Protections: We may disclose personal information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SearchOne, our users, or others.
• Corporate Transactions: We reserve the right to disclose and transfer your information, including your personal information:
  • To a subsequent owner, co-owner, or operator of the Site or successor database.
