Phase I
  1. Meet with client to understand the full requirements of the position and the dynamics of the firm.
  2. At the initiation of the assignment, formally review search objectives with the client. The ideal candidate will be discussed.
  3. Commence a detailed research effort aimed at identifying the ideal candidate. This task does not end until the search is complete.
Phase II
  1. Contact qualified prospects.
  2. Evaluate each potential candidate based on telephone conversations, resumes, personal interviews, SearchOne's knowledge of the candidates, and when appropriate, informal references from colleagues, former business associates, and acquaintances.
  3. Contact client to review the background of potential candidates.
Phase III
  1. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback for both the client and candidate.
  2. Assist in final candidate selection and compensation negotiations.
  3. Follow up with all participants involved in the search.
